Ahşap jaluzi perdelerde doğru ölçü almak, hem şıklık hem de kullanım kolaylığı açısından çok önemlidir. Sipariş öncesi aşağıdaki adımları takip edebilirsiniz:
Pencere çerçevesinin sağından ve solundan en az 5-10 cm taşma payı bırakmanız tavsiye edilir. Böylece kenarlardan ışık sızması engellenir.
Örnek: Cam genişliği 100 cm ise, perde en ölçüsü olarak 110-120 cm ölçü verebilirsiniz.
Perde tavana veya pencere üstüne monte edilecekse, bu noktadan başlayarak cam alt hizasına kadar ölçülmelidir.
Radyatör varsa, radyatör bitimine kadar veya birkaç cm üzerine kadar bırakabilirsiniz.
Örnek: Tavan ile cam altı arası 150 cm ise, perde boy ölçüsü 150 cm verilir.
Bu montaj şekli için pencere çerçevesinin içine perde monte edilir. Ölçü alınırken her kenardan 0.5-1 cm boşluk bırakılmalıdır.
Genişlik: Cam iç genişliği – 1 cm
Yükseklik: Cam iç yüksekliği – 0.5 cm
Bu yöntemle daha minimal ve sade bir görünüm elde edilir.

Perdenizle birlikte gönderilen metal L aparatlar duvara veya tavana monte edilir.
İlk olarak matkap yardımıyla aparatları sabitleyin.
Ardından jaluzi üst mekanizmasını bu aparata kolayca oturtarak sabitleyin.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 , the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other relevant legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
Shipping costs, which are the cost of shipping the product, are covered by the buyer.
Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within 30 days, depending on stock and production time. If they are not delivered within this timeframe, the buyer may cancel the contract.
The purchased product is delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documentation such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
If it becomes impossible to supply the sold product, the seller will notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the total price within 14 days.

Since these products are custom-made to measure , they are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation .
In case of error, manufacturing defect or wrong product shipment caused by our company, the product will be remanufactured or replaced free of charge.
If the product cannot be used due to the customer's size being too small, no refund will be made.
If the product does not fit the customer due to the size being too large , the product will be shortened free of charge once, with the shipping cost being borne by the buyer.
If the buyer does not pay the product price or the payment is cancelled in the bank/payment institution records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank/payment institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, the shipping cost being borne by the seller .
If force majeure events (natural disaster, war, strike, logistical obstacles, etc.) that the seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer:

If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if the payment was made via money transfer/EFT.
If the payment was made by credit card, it will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, it may take an average of 2-3 weeks for the bank to reflect it in the account.
The buyer must check the product before receiving it; they must not accept crushed, broken, torn or damaged products.
The product received is deemed undamaged. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must be unused and returned with its invoice.
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to him or to the person he indicated.

The withdrawal period for service purchases begins on the day the contract is formed. There is no right of withdrawal for services begun with the buyer's approval before the contract expires.
The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.
Notification of the right of withdrawal must be made within 14 days by registered mail, e-mail or permanent data storage .
For corporate invoices, the recipient company is required to issue a return invoice upon return. (If not issued, the return will not be completed.)
The product must be sent with its invoice , complete with box, packaging and accessories, undamaged .
The seller is obliged to make a refund within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal and to take back the product within 20 days .
If there is a loss of value due to the buyer's fault, this cost will be deducted from the return amount.
If the order amount falls below the campaign lower limit after exercising the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used in the campaign will be cancelled.
There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation for products produced upon the BUYER's request or clearly in line with his/her personal measurements and preferences (e.g. pleated curtains, pleated fly screens, accordion doors, caravan curtains, roller blinds, zebra blinds, jalousie, tulle curtains, etc.).
If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they are liable to the bank according to the credit card agreement. In this case, the bank may initiate legal action and claim costs from the buyer. The buyer agrees to reimburse the seller for any damages resulting from the delay.
