Solid Screw Mounting:
The door is secured with four screws at the corners. All mounting screws and accessories are included in the box.
Easy Cleaning:
Honeycomb fabric is water-repellent and can be easily cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth . It does not require detergent and does not damage the fabric.
The measurement entered by the customer on the order screen = Net measurement.
There is no need to leave any share.
1️⃣ Width (Width) Measurement:
The net inside-out measurement of the wall, doorway or partition area where the door will be installed is taken.
It is recommended to take millimetric measurements.
In double systems, the total width is divided equally into two wings.
2️⃣ Length (Height) Measurement:
The net height from the floor to the upper case is measured.
Care should be taken to ensure that it is a smooth and flat surface.
If there is a carpet or skirting on the floor, the measurement should be taken accordingly.
3️⃣ How Should You Enter the Measurement?
The size entered on the site is the exact size you want produced .
We do not make any additions / subtractions in production.
In areas requiring tolerance, the customer can specify this in the notes section.
Profile thickness: 3.5 cm
The double model has two separate wings, each wing assembled into its own profile.
Profile material: Aluminium – lightweight and durable.
Profile color can be selected from the order form.
Installation of double accordion doors is quite simple:
The upper profile is placed in the door opening.
It is placed on the level and screwed securely from both ends.
The lower guide bar is fixed to the floor.
The side vertical profiles are placed in place.
The door frame is fixed by screwing from a total of 4 corners .
All mounting screws and accessories are shipped complete in the box.
It is checked that both wings (double system) open and close easily.
If necessary, very small adjustments can be made using the upper and lower guides.

If the door opening is not perfectly square , the widest and narrowest points should be checked when measuring.
Technical support may be required for very inclined walls or crooked spaces.
If the ground is very uneven, wedging can be used to prevent load on the bottom frame.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 , the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other relevant legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
Shipping costs, which are the cost of shipping the product, are covered by the buyer.
Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within 30 days, depending on stock and production time. If they are not delivered within this timeframe, the buyer may cancel the contract.
The purchased product is delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documentation such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
If it becomes impossible to supply the sold product, the seller will notify the buyer within 3 days and refund the total price within 14 days.

Since these products are custom-made to measure , they are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation .
In case of error, manufacturing defect or wrong product shipment caused by our company, the product will be remanufactured or replaced free of charge.
If the product cannot be used due to the customer's size being too small, no refund will be made.
If the product does not fit the customer due to the size being too large , the product will be shortened free of charge once, with the shipping cost being borne by the buyer.
If the buyer does not pay the product price or the payment is cancelled in the bank/payment institution records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank/payment institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days, the shipping cost being borne by the seller .
If force majeure events (natural disaster, war, strike, logistical obstacles, etc.) that the seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer:

He/she may request that the delivery be postponed until the obstacle is removed.
If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if the payment was made via money transfer/EFT.
If the payment was made by credit card, it will be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, it may take an average of 2-3 weeks for the bank to reflect it in the account.
The buyer must check the product before receiving it; they must not accept crushed, broken, torn or damaged products.
The product received is deemed undamaged. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must be unused and returned with its invoice.
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to him or to the person he indicated.

The withdrawal period for service purchases begins on the day the contract is formed. There is no right of withdrawal for services begun with the buyer's approval before the contract expires.
The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.
Notification of the right of withdrawal must be made within 14 days by registered mail, e-mail or permanent data storage .
For corporate invoices, the recipient company is required to issue a return invoice upon return. (If not issued, the return will not be completed.)
The product must be sent with its invoice , complete with box, packaging and accessories, undamaged .
The seller is obliged to make a refund within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal and to take back the product within 20 days .
If there is a loss of value due to the buyer's fault, this cost will be deducted from the return amount.
If the order amount falls below the campaign lower limit after exercising the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used in the campaign will be cancelled.
There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation for products produced upon the BUYER's request or clearly in line with his/her personal measurements and preferences (e.g. pleated curtains, pleated fly screens, accordion doors, caravan curtains, roller blinds, zebra blinds, jalousie, tulle curtains, etc.).
If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they are liable to the bank according to the credit card agreement. In this case, the bank may initiate legal action and claim costs from the buyer. The buyer agrees to reimburse the seller for any damages resulting from the delay.
